MC Function Editor
A downloadable tool for Windows, macOS, and Linux
The box that appears where you type is the predictions the software makes for what it thinks you are typing
Type the name or path to your .mcfunction in the corner of the screen where the box that says "main" is (DO NOT INCLUDE .mcfunction AT THE END!) Press LOAD to load it and press SAVE to save it to that file
(You can also save to a non-existent file to create a new one)
Syntax highlighting: say, tp, kill, @e[type=minecraft:armor_stand]
To customize your app edit the "Setup.txt" file
Edit the "patterns.txt" file to add new syntax highlights edit the "configure.txt" file to change the colors
of existing syntax highlights
Edit the "multi.txt" file to add new auto-closing characters such as () and [] (DO NOT ADD CHARACTERS YOU HAVE TO PRESS SHIFT TO TYPE LIKE: {} )
Edit the "lastwordr.txt" file to add new words that have specific options that come after them
