Added Biofuel, Cleaners, and Titanium!

Added a cleaner, its needed to clean biofuel into coal and, when iron, gold, or diamonds occasionally drop it, a dirty ore into a clean one.

Added titanium. It will be used for really durable tools!

Added aluminum tools, armor, and shield.
